Important information:
- The “Medical Organisation” rate requires a valid medical activity licence.
- A 10% discount applies for three or more representatives from the same organisation.
- An invoice and service agreement will be issued within three business days.
- If payment is not received within two weeks (and in any case no later than 13 April 2026), your registration will be cancelled and you will need to register again.
- Full and timely payment is required to collect your badge, access the venue, and access the live stream.
- For post-payment arrangements, badge collection and live-stream access are only available once the organisers receive (by 15 April 2026) your signed agreement and a payment guarantee letter.
- Fees for payments received after 30 April 2026 are calculated individually based on the deferral period.
- All fees include 7% VAT.

Presentations will be available to both in-person and online attendees once the speaker has authorised publication. If a presentation is not listed, it has not been approved for release by the speaker.
